Which segment should we choose if we manage a mixed-use development?
Start with the segment that describes your most demanding entrance, usually residential or corporate, and we will configure the others alongside it. Mixed-use portfolios run every property type from one dashboard, so you are not choosing between them permanently.
Can MyGatePass integrate with our existing access control hardware?
Yes. Integration with doors, barriers and lifts is via open API, and we can usually work with existing hardware rather than replacing it. A site check confirms what is reusable before anything is quoted.
Is the platform available in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic and English are supported across both the visitor-facing experience and the management dashboard, in the same deployment.
How does MyGatePass handle data protection?
The platform is aligned to UAE PDPL and GDPR, with visitor data encrypted and never shared publicly. Data processing terms and retention settings are available for review during procurement.
Where do you operate?
Across the UAE and Qatar today, with deployments in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, and expansion underway into further markets. If you operate elsewhere in the GCC, ask us on the call.
